Going from a flatbed utility trailer to a camper and then to a motorcycle or kayak hauler are only a few of the configurations imaginable for your Pangolin trailer. All of these features are built to transform easily in minutes with simple tools.
COMPOSITE F.A.Qs
The combining of typically synthetic materials to achieve high performance structures.
Resins- Epoxy, Vinylester resins are used to hold fiber together in laminates
Textiles of fibers - Fiberglass, Carbon Fiber, Kevlar, Innegra are used to create panels etc.
Pultrusions- straight sections of tube, channel, L or track used in structures
The materials that Pangolin frames, suspension and features are made from have no known expiration. Composite structures will not rust, rot or corrode.
Pangolin has a 10 year warranty on all of the parts that are made from composites (full legal warranty document available upon request)
Pangolin uses steel spindles and bearings as they are not available in nonmetallic materials
Hitches, jacks and wheels are currently in metallic materials. Composite versions of any metallic parts are either in development or are targeted for future devlopment.
